During a routine inspection
Staff told us they enjoyed working at Pengarth. One member of staff said, 'it's lovely to work here'It's definitely a good working environment. There are no negatives. I never think oh, I have to go to work'
We saw surveys had been carried out in September 2011 for people, relatives and supporting professionals. One relative had commented, 'X gets the best of attention when required.'
