During a routine inspection

Overall, people who use the service were very positive about the service they received from Optical Express - White City. They told us that they had been given lots of information about their treatment options and felt well informed to proceed with surgery.

People were assessed by a range of staff before, during and after any treatment. They felt comfortable throughout all stages of their treatment.

Cleanliness and infection control was maintained and people were happy with the cleanliness of all areas.

People who use the service told us that staff were knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions they had about their treatment. They said the service was "wonderful" and met their needs.
