During a routine inspection
Expert Health Limited sent us the results of a recent online survey of patients using their website, DrThom.com. Of the 83 patients who completed the survey, 80 said that they would use the service again, 80 said that they found the service easy to use and 76 said that they would recommend the service to a friend. When asked why patients used Expert Health Limited's online service, the most common response (40% of respondents) was that the patient did not have time to see their GP.
