During an inspection in response to concerns
Some of the people who used the service told us that they had seen their care plan, but could not remember what was included in it. Some people told us that they could not remember seeing a care plan. One person told us that their relative was involved with their care plan.
We were told that they liked having their own bedrooms, and that their bedrooms were cleaned every day.
People who used the service told us that members of staff were very good and caring. They told us that staff would come when they rang their call bells. Most people spoken to who used who used the service told us that they thought there were enough staff on duty, one person told us that staff always seemed to be rushing from person to person, and they thought that they would need some extra staff to help them.
