During an inspection in response to concerns

A relative said that she was comfortable with Hillfield, liked the care home and had been happy with the care until the incident of the fall to the floor with the wheelchair. She continued to use the home for regular respite for her mother.

However, she expressed concerns that she had not been informed of the accident to her mother, nor had she been initially given a full explanation of, and apology for, the incident.
