Any request made and they go out of their way to make it happen.” And “I feel safe. There is always someone around. Staff check me at night.” Relatives described a safe service telling us, “The staff are alert to my [family member’s] medical needs and once again, I am confident that they will contact a GP or health visitor, as required, when necessary.” And “I feel that my [family member] is safe, regular checks are made when in their own room. A new call button can now be pressed while sitting in their chair which is a big safety improvement.” Staff also gave positive feedback about working at the service telling us, “I really enjoy my role at Hillside, to me it's so much more than a job...its family!” and “All members of staff offer a wonderful service to people we care for.
