The practice a purpose built health centre in the town of Grange over Sands. The practice has one branch located at Fairfield Surgery, Station Road, Flookburgh, LA11 7JY. We did not visit Fairfield Surgery as part of this inspection inspection.

The surgery is open between 8am and 6.30pm Monday and Friday, with other appointments available through a local out of hours service provider.
