During a routine inspection
We spoke to two members of staff. One person told us, 'We try and treat everyone as an individual'. Another said, 'As a professional, your main concern is the client (service user)'.
We found that Brook Manchester provided people who used the service with effective, safe and appropriate care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
The service regularly assessed and monitored the quality of care and treatment provided by using a range of methods. People who used the service were encouraged to express their views and experiences and these were taken into account in the way the service was provided.
Staff treated people who used the service with respect and were competent to carry out their role.
