During a routine inspection
People were aware of the provider's complaints process but they told us they thought that issues would be resolved before reaching the complaints stage. They told us they were happy and the staff worked hard to ensure their care and support needs were met.
We reviewed people's records and found that these were up to date and included graphs which showed the manager and staff if a person's risks were increasing. This enabled a risk reduction plan to be implemented as soon as it was identified.
Staff received regular training and supervision and they considered that they were well supported to provide appropriate and high quality care. People told us that they could tell the staff were well trained and this gave them confidence in the care and support provided.
