During a routine inspection
were being appropriately met by the Manchester regional office of inspirit care. They told us that staff respected them and that their privacy and dignity was respected. They also confirmed that an assessment of their needs had been carried out by a senior member of the agency before the service started and that the care and support they received was reviewed regularly. Comments included 'I couldn't ask for better care', 'I don't know what I'd do without them', 'I'd rather manage on my own but they do provide all the help I need', 'I can rely on them coming when they should'.
