During a routine inspection
Relatives told us they were very happy with the service provided. They told us they could raise any concerns if needed and the manager would listen and take action. Relatives told us they felt involved and visited regularly. One relative said, 'It's the right place for my relative, the staff are nice and caring and the place is clean.'
There was a safe system in place for the recruitment of staff. Staff received an induction and were trained appropriately to meet the needs of the people.
The environment was clean and tidy and we saw rooms which had been vacated had been refurbished before the next person moved in. There were monitoring systems in place to ensure service quality and performance. There was a selection of information leaflets on display around the home.
