During a routine inspection
We saw that staff treated people as individuals and supported their independence. We found that people received the care and support they needed and that procedures were in place to ensure the care was delivered safely and protect people's rights.
We found that people received a service from staff who were generally trained and supported to meet their needs. We saw that people had the opportunity to raise concerns about the service and that the service was monitored to ensure that people's needs were met.
