During a routine inspection

People told us they had received a visit from a representative of the agency before the service commenced. They told us their needs had been discussed and they had agreed to the support to be provided. They told us their carers provided sensitive and flexible personal care support and they felt well cared for. They said they had no concerns about the care being provided and they felt safe and protected from potential harm.

"My carers are very punctual and have never let me down. They provide a wonderful service in my opinion".

"I have had the same group of carers since the service commenced. They understand me so well and provide an excellent service".
