During a routine inspection
People said that the staff were reliable, kept good time, had a quiet and unassuming manner, were skilled and thorough. One person told us 'They offer genuine care. They seem to have an understanding of what it is like to be a client'.
People said they found the staff 'consistently good' and that the service was 'better at matching carer and client' (than other agencies they had used).
