During a routine inspection
People told us that they felt safe in the way that their care was provided. We heard that care workers understood their needs and acted on any changes they wanted to their care package.
People told us that they had confidence in the quality of care workers employed by the agency. They told us that care workers presented as competent and well-trained.
The people we talked to about the agency reported that they had not had any need to make a complaint about the service but were confident that if they did need to raise concerns they would be listened to.
People did not have any concerns about the way that information about them was handled.
