Our view of the service
Date of assessment 17 April 2024. This inspection was prompted following information of concern about potential safeguarding issues. We looked at 1 Key Question and 3 Quality Statements during this assessment. At the last inspection in January 2019 the service was rated as Good. At this inspection we found the service continued to be Good. Mental capacity Act records and training were in place to ensure staff were aware of their responsibility to protect vulnerable adults. Where risks were present, national guidance was followed to investigate and reduce the likelihood of repeat events.
