During a routine inspection
Relatives told us that the agency had visited their family member at home before they first started to use the service to discuss their needs and develop a care plan. One relative said "the agency came to visit us to discuss my family member's care needs, we all agreed on a care package together."
People told us that care workers were usually on time and stayed the length of the visits so people received the care and support that had been agreed.
People were protected from abuse, the provider had safeguarding procedures in place and staff had received appropriate training.
There were arrangements in place to get feedback about the quality of the service through annual satisfaction surveys. People told us they had received a questionnaire by post to complete. They said that if they had any concerns about their care they felt comfortable to talk with the manager or other office staff.
