During a routine inspection
People spoken to were aware that they had a care plan and also confirmed that any changes in their care had been discussed with them. They said that staff were 'very nice', 'very polite' and they took 'time to discuss needs'. One person who used the service said that staff 'can't do enough for us' and staff were 'very knowledgeable' and that they were confident their needs 'were being met well'.
We were told that the food in the main restaurant was 'excellent'.
People we spoke to said they were 'very confident' that staff would address any concerns as soon as possible and they knew who to go to if they had any issues to discuss. People who used the service said they felt 'very safe' and had 'no concerns'.
People said they had been given a copy of the complaints procedure and that they would feel able to use it.
