During a routine inspection
Records of compliments received about the service show that the people using the service are happy with the care they are receiving.
Complaints records indicate that the views of the people using the service are taken seriously and are acted upon.
People can be assured that any safeguarding matters are appropriately reported with appropriate action taken to address any issues identified.
Information from St Helens Council shows that they visited the service in August 2011 and found improvements had been made to enhance the quality of the service people receive.
