During a routine inspection
We also spoke to three members of staff who were on duty. They told us about the level of care they provided to people. They also told us about the support and training they have received to enable them to provide good quality care.
We spoke to the manager about the systems that were in place to assess and review the needs of each person. We also spoke to the manager about how the quality of service provision had been assessed and monitored.
