During a routine inspection
The provider has a mandatory training programme for staff. Staff also told us they had access to additional training appropriate for primary care services.
We spoke with people who use the service who said they felt engaged in discussions about their care that they were satisfied with their visit to the surgery. Comments from people who use the service included, 'they do their best for you, willing to oblige.' I feel listened to' and I feel that they know what they are talking about.'
