During a routine inspection
People told us that they were using the service because it was difficult to get an appointment with their general practitioner while they were working. They said that the staff at Victoria NHS Commuter Walk In Centre provided them with information about their diagnostic and treatment options. They said that the staff treated them with respect and informed them of likely waiting times at the clinic. They were positive about the quality of service they received.
