During a routine inspection
'I have every confidence in the doctors and nurses. You are fully involved in your treatment and they explain how it will work.'
'I am always provided with enough information to make a decision about my treatment. I have on occasion been asked to sign a consent form for a particular treatment.'
'The treatment I have received here is really good. The staff are always very polite and explain things in a way you can understand. I have recommended my family and friends register here.'
'Although I sometimes have has to wait to get an appointment the way I have been looked after has been great'.
Staff we spoke with told us that staffing provision was meeting the needs of patients appropriately. They also said that they were appropriately supported and supervised by the practice manager and that their views about the running of the service were sought and valued.
We found that patients were being treated in a suitable environment by adequate numbers of appropriately trained staff. A suitable system to monitor the quality of the services provided was being operated.
