During a routine inspection

'Thank you for all the help and advice'.
Eight out of ten people who had completed a questionnaire during the week of our visit scored the service as 10 out of 10 in all questions asked.
Arrangements were in place in relation to the protection of vulnerable adults and children, and a range of training was available to support staff in this area. The appropriate pre employment checks were carried out on staff prior to working at the service and staff we spoke with were positive about working at the service. Comments included:
'We're a strong team'.
'Support is always available'.
