During a routine inspection

At the time of our inspection the agency was providing services to two children and it employed five nurses. We spoke with parents of both of the children who were being provided with nursing services. Both families felt the quality of care offered by the nurses employed by Marego Limited (DCA) was very good and that the nursing needs of their children were being met. People commented that it was good to have a limited number of nurses who knew the children well. One person told us, "Marego have never let us down. I am happy with the way things are." The second parent said, "I believe the nurses are very good and I can leave my child in their hands. They are very reliable and are looking after my child very well."

During a routine inspection

People who use the agency told us that they were happy with the quality of care provided by nurses working for Marego Limited. They liked that the agency was small and because of this they were familiar with the needs of people they were working with.
