During a routine inspection

As part of our inspection we spoke with 11 people who use the service or in case of children we spoke with their parents. Each person said they were very satisfied with the quality of care offered by the agency. People told us the care workers were polite and treated each person with respect. People felt their needs were being met. One person told us, "I am very happy with the quality of care and haven't had any problems at all. My son is used to his care workers and they know how to look after him". Another relative told us, "my wife is much happier now that she has got carers. They are all very good".

People told us they were involved in planning their care. They were visited by the registered manager on a monthly basis, when they could discuss their needs. People also told us the manager was available on the telephone whenever they needed to talk with her.

Each person who spoke with us felt the care workers were well trained and had a good mix of knowledge and skills to meet their needs.

We also spoke with seven care workers, all of whom felt very well supported by the management team.
