During a routine inspection
Staff told us that they had recently received training in safeguarding adults. Staff demonstrated their knowledge about safeguarding and protecting people they cared for.
People made very positive comments about the staff team and told us that they were happy with the way they their relatives were looked after. A relative said, "We are very satisfied with the care. The place is kept extremely clean, the staff are kind and they know what they are doing." A second relative we spoke with said, "The staff are lovely and I have never made a complaint."
We found that the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. People we spoke with confirmed that they received regular surveys and informed they were involved with the running of the home.
