During a routine inspection

We spoke to people about their experiences being supported by the agency and was told their carers provided a sensitive, flexible and reliable personal care service and they felt well cared for. We were told their carers had the skills necessary to ensure people they support are treated with respect and dignity.

"They came to see me before my visits commenced. We discussed my needs and the support they could provide. They were very helpful"

"The staff are caring and compassionate people. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They are very good with me".

"We have the same male carer who communicates very well with my husband and is well liked by both of us. He is a lovely caring young man and is so understanding and patient".

"My carers are excellent. They are so kind and understanding".

"My carers are both polite, kind and caring. I couldn't possibly cope without them. They always treat me with dignity and respect".

"I have the same two carers who visit me in the morning and evening. They always arrive on time and know my needs and routine. They are both caring and compassionate people".
