During a routine inspection
People benefited because care plans showed what support they needed clearly and were helpful and easy to follow. People were cared for by staff who had an awareness and understanding of their range of needs.
People felt safe with the staff who supported them in their homes. There were systems, practices and procedures in place to protect people from abuse in their homes.
People are cared for by staff who are supported and supervised in the work they do. People have their needs met by staff who are competent, to care and support them effectively.
People were being cared for by staff who were supported and supervised in their care work. People's needs were being met by staff who knew what to do to care and support them effectively.
The service involved people in monitoring and reviewing the quality of service and the care they received. The service was run in a flexible way that treated each person as unique.
