During an inspection in response to concerns
One person said they felt there was a "Genuine partnership" with Deafblind UK. Another relative stated that they were very pleased that care staff had, "Pushed to get my relative checked out [with other healthcare professionals]'.
Relatives we spoke with said they and the person using the service were involved with drafting the service user plan.
