During a routine inspection

We found the provider to be compliant in the areas of involvement and information, personalised care, safeguarding and safety, supporting workers and quality management. We spoke to staff, observed policies and processes, reviewed six sets of notes and contacted five people using the service or their families to gain further insight of the care provided.

People using the service were happy with the care provided. One said that she had used the provider for three years and was "happy with everything". Another told us they had nothing but praise for all the carers who came.

We found evidence that staff were well supported with their training and that people who use the service felt they were competent and "knew what they were doing".

We saw evidence of quality management processes to audit the quality of care and deal with incidents and complaints. We saw evidence that people who use the service were consulted about their care.
