During a routine inspection
People said staff had helped whenever they were asked. They said they had always got on well with others and the staff and had thought that living at Windsor Court was as good as being in care could be.
Some people said the laundry service had been very good and that they had had good opportunities to handle their own finances.
They said there had been some suitable and some unsuitable music played for them on occasion, but generally entertainment was good.
People told us they had enjoyed three very good hot meals a day, plus snacks and drinks as they needed them. People said they had no grumbles about the quality or quantity of food.
People said they liked living at Windsor Court and that they felt safe there. They said they had no concerns about talking to the staff or acting manager regarding anything they felt unhappy or upset about.
People told us they had different needs regarding their medication and that they were very satisfied with the arrangements for handling it.
People said they thought the home was very clean and comfortable. They said they wanted for nothing and only had to ask the staff for help. They liked their environment and their rooms.
