During a routine inspection
We found patients gave consent to their treatment and this was delivered in a way that met their needs. A patient told us, 'I had a consultation, and I had the treatment explained to me. I signed to give my consent. The treatment plan was followed at my appointments.'
We found the provider assessed and monitored the quality of the service. A patient told us, 'It's the cleanliness I look for, everything is always wiped down. They are sticklers for that sort of thing. I wouldn't frequent anywhere below standard.' Another patient told us, 'I will leave some feedback about my treatment when it is finished.'
