During a routine inspection

The people living at 4 Homeground were not able to tell us what they thought about the care they received. However we observed that they were clean and well presented and they appeared to be content and very comfortable in the company of staff that they knew. We spoke to a relative of one person living at the home who told us that they were concerned about staffing levels at the home. They also told us that they had concerns that staff did not communicate promptly about things that were significant such as when their relative was unwell. They said that they did always feel welcome at the home.
