During an inspection looking at part of the service

All of the people who were using this service have significant difficulties in communication and were unable to provide verbal feedback during this inspection regarding the care provided by this service.

However we gathered evidence about the experience of the people using this service by looking at the records kept by the service, reviewing the records of care kept at the service and observed the care being provided to the people using the service on the day of our visit.

During an inspection in response to concerns

Due to the level of cognitive impairment and disorientation to time and place, there was limited discussion with the people who use the service. However indications are that relatives are satisfied with the care and services at the home.
