During a routine inspection

During our visit on 06 January 2012, some of the people that we met did not use words to communicate. We spent some time observing the support being provided to them. People we spoke with told us that they enjoyed living at Mill Road and that the staff were great and supported them in activities of their choice.

We noted that staff were patient and kind and understood the needs of the people that they were supporting.
