During a routine inspection

Many of the people living at Saresta and Serenade were unable to communicate with us verbally. They shared their views through gestures, facial expressions and body language wherever possible. We saw people were relaxed and comfortable with staff and other people using the service.

During our visit we saw that staff asked people's opinions and treated them with courtesy and respect.

Relatives who sent us information made positive comments about how people living in the home were cared for. They told us that they were confident that people's health, personal care and social needs were well met.
