During a routine inspection
One person told us he had been able to reach the two goals in his life with help from his support workers. He said, "I have been to see the pyramids in Egypt and to see Kylie in concert, which is what I really wanted to do. I can also go out with my friends when I want to. The holidays we have are really good. Centre Parks was great fun."
When another service user, who lived in a group setting was asked if he liked his home, with a huge smile he gave a definite 'thumbs up' sign.
One person told us the staff were very helpful and kind and that they themselves would know what to do if they had any concerns or were worried about anything at all.
