During a routine inspection
level of service being provided and were grateful for the support they were receiving
from the agency. Comments included:
"The staff who visit are very nice and very caring. They are polite and friendly".
"The carers are usually on time but do ring if they are going to be late".
"We have no complaints at all about our carers".
Relatives said,
"Lovely girls but I do ask for more mature staff to give care to my husband and the agency oblige".
"I can contact the office by phone".
