During a routine inspection

We talked with a person attending Optical Express- Manchester Clinic for laser eye treatment. We were told they had been referred to this branch from the Trafford Centre branch because they had wanted their treatment quickly. We were told that they had found the welcome and care at the Manchester Clinic very good, and that their needs had been met.

Comments included:

'The staff here have been lovely, they've been really attentive.'

And

'I was recommended the company by a friend. I've found that they're very accommodating here, I've come with my partner, and they've looked after us both. They make you feel really relaxed. If you want anything you just ask.'

The newly promoted clinic manager offered assistance during the compliance visit.
