We were not able to speak with patients for this service because no one attended the service during our visit. We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing the results of the satisfaction surveys.

Feedback from patient's surveys said they were, "Very happy with the treatment.' 'The staff were friendly and helpful" and" The clinic was extremely clean and tidy." We saw treatment plans were detailed and included different options where these were appropriate and this enabled patients to make an informed choice.

People we spoke with were generally positive about the treatment they had received and told us the staff were professional and helpful.

One person said 'The staff explained everything before and after the treatment.'

Another person told us 'The staff seem very cheerful.'
