During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us that agency staff turn up on time and if they were going to be late they would be informed. They said they appreciated a can do attitude and that in general they have regular carer's who respond well to their needs. We were told that the agency is flexible and will provide extra care if required at short notice, one person explained in some detail how much they appreciated this.

Two people who we spoke to confirmed that they have been included in their care plan. One person told us that they were so impressed with the quality of detail included in their care plan and the positive attitude of staff and management that they intended to purchase a live in care service from the agency, having previously used the agency for assistance at specific times in the day.
