During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak to the people who used this service as they were unable to communicate their opinions to us. We spoke to the parents of three people who used the service who told us they were very happy with the home. The parents told us they had been involved in drawing up the care plans and that the individual needs of the people who use the service had been met and their views respected.

One parent told us that the service was flexible and changed frequently to meet the needs of the person who uses the service 'I am always involved. The care changes from one day to the next'.

We were told by the parents that the care provided was very good.

Comments included 'They're great, can't complain.' One parent told us 'He loves the place to bits. All the staff are great. A really great place, we love it.'

Another parent of a person who uses the service said 'I've always found them to be very caring. They put themselves out.'
