During a routine inspection
People had signed their care plans to indicate their agreement and participation. However, the care plans seen had not been updated in line with changing needs. Following the inspection the manager confirmed immediate arrangements had been put in place to review all care plans.
People felt the manager and the staff team were approachable and accessible and they could talk to them at any time if they had any concerns or queries. People were given the opportunity to complete a satisfaction questionnaire once a year. We noted people who responded to the last survey indicated the service was flexible and met their needs.
