Our view of the service

We carried out this assessment at the service on the 01 May 2024, 08 May 2024 and 17 May 2024. During the assessment, we assessed 34 quality statements. Treetops is a 'care home'. People in care homes receive accommodation and nursing and/or personal care as a single package under one contractual agreement dependent on their registration with us. Treetops is a care home without nursing care. CQC regulates both the premises and the care provided, and both were looked at during this assessment. At the time of the assessment the service was providing support to 3 people living in the service.

People's experience of this service

People and their relatives were happy with the support they received and spoke highly of the staff and management team. They told us they could speak to the staff when they wanted to, and support would be offered. Family members were involved in all aspects of their loved one’s care and support. People and their relatives were happy with the level of skills and knowledge the staff had to support them safely, to ensure their needs could be met. People felt safe and family members were updated regularly.
