During a routine inspection
We found that staff undertook an induction program when they began working for the service and that they had access to on-going training. This included training about dementia, medication and health and safety. One person we spoke with told us they were asked for their views about the service. They said "someone came round and asked how things are." However, another person said "nobody visits or phones to ask how things are." We found the service had various systems in place for monitoring the quality of service provision. Records were stored securely and were accessible to staff.
