During a routine inspection
People told us that they get food that they like and that it meets their needs. They told us that they get support with health matters, for example from doctors. Feedback also showed that people can raise concerns about the service if they want to, but some people said that this has never been necessary. One person added that the manager is, 'Professional and understanding. She explains things.'
In summary, people were happy with services. Their overall comments included, 'I like it here,' and 'I have felt at home from the first day. It's very comfortable here.'
