We spoke with one patient who attended the centre for treatment and followed their treatment through the centre. We also spoke with the registered manager, three radiographers, patient administration officer, a dosimetrist and the lead physicist to help us assess whether the service provided was caring, safe, responsive and well led.The patient we spoke with told us the reception staff were very helpful and had offered them appointment times for all of their treatment dates which suited them. One person using the service told us, "The staff here are excellent. They have explained my treatment to me in great detail.' They added 'nothing is too much trouble. I feel I can ask any questions I need to and they will be answered.'
