During a routine inspection
We found that since the last inspection the provider has ensured that staff had received training in Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. We also found the provider had taken appropriate action to show how the decision had been reached and who was involved in making the decision about the use of bedrails for one of the people using the service.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard. The provider has ensured that staff had received training relevant to their roles.
Following our first visit we received some anonymous information of concern in relation to activities offered to one person who uses the service, food provided in the home, the premises and staff working in the home.
We did not find any evidence to validate any of these claims. More information can be found in the main body of the report.
