During an inspection looking at part of the service
At this inspection, we found that the provider had taken action and implemented procedures to ensure people, their representatives and the staff had a number of ways to share their views and comment on the service the home provided.
We found that the provider had implemented comprehensive training plans that were regularly monitored to ensure the home's staff retained up-to-date and relevant skills to appropriately care for the people they supported.
We found that the home's complaints records had been reviewed to identify how complaints had been addressed and acted on, in accordance with the home's complaints procedure.
In this report, the name of the registered manager appears who was not in post and not managing the regulatory activities in the home at the time of our inspection. Their name appears because they were still registered with us at the time of our inspection.
